However, we understand that there may be situations where returns or refunds are necessary. Below is our return and refund policy, which outlines the terms and conditions for requesting returns and refunds.
1. Service-Based Returns
Our services include IT solutions, software development, eCommerce services, and payment gateway integrations. Due to the nature of digital and custom services, we do not offer returns. However, if you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your concerns. We strive to resolve issues through adjustments, revisions, or additional work at no extra cost (within reason), depending on the agreement.
2. Refund Requests for Services
Refunds for services are only available under specific conditions:
- Request for Refund: If you wish to request a refund for services that have already been provided, you must submit a refund request within 7 business days from the service completion or project initiation, whichever comes first. Please email your request to info@nalmpay.shop with clear details on why you are seeking a refund.
- Refund Criteria: Refunds will be considered if the service provided fails to meet the expectations set forth in the initial agreement, and we will review the situation to ensure the issue is genuine. Refund amounts will depend on the work completed at the time of the request and will be pro-rated based on the progress made.
- Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as setup fees, third-party integrations, and services already performed (e.g., website hosting, domain registration), are non-refundable. These details will be specified in the agreement signed before service commencement.
3. Refund Process
Once a refund request is submitted, we will review it within 7 business days. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds will typically be processed within 10-15 business days after approval. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, we may issue a partial refund based on the services provided up to that point. This is applicable in situations where:
- The service has been partially completed, and the work done so far justifies a reduction in the refund amount.
- The client has already benefited from certain deliverables or milestones (e.g., eCommerce platform design, initial development).
5. Cancellation and Refund of Subscription Services
For any subscription-based services (e.g., maintenance, hosting, or other recurring services), you can cancel your subscription by notifying us at least 7 business days before the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after the billing date may incur charges for the next cycle, and no refunds will be issued for payments already processed.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or discuss a return issue, please follow these steps:
