Service Cancellation Requests
Clients wishing to cancel a service must submit a cancellation request in writing via email to info@nalmpay.shop or contact us directly at 8168182109. The request should include details such as the nature of the service being canceled, the reason for cancellation, and any other relevant information to facilitate the process.Cancellation Timeframe
- For IT Solutions and Software Development Projects, cancellations must be requested within 5 business days after the agreement has been signed or the project has commenced. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.
- For eCommerce Development and Integration Services, cancellations should be made within 7 business days of the signed agreement or payment. Any cancellations after this timeframe may result in a partial refund based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
- For Payment Gateway and Transaction Solutions, cancellations should be made within 3 business days of service activation.
Refunds
- If a service is canceled within the designated cancellation period, we will process a refund, subject to the terms of our agreement. Refunds will be issued based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation and any incurred costs.
- Cancellations made after the designated timeframe may result in a partial refund, and the client may be charged for the work already performed or services rendered.
Non-refundable Fees
Certain fees, such as setup costs, integration charges, and non-refundable third-party services, may not be refundable upon cancellation. These terms will be clearly outlined in the agreement before any services are initiated.Rescheduling and Modifications
If the client wishes to reschedule or modify a service rather than cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability and service capacity.Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, governmental actions, etc.), NALM Pay Technology Private Limited reserves the right to modify or cancel services with prior notice.
